(April 8, 2019, 5:55 pm)This week was my first time ordering from LACOMIDA. I started my week with the spicy salmon and it was sooooooo Good and so healthy! I loved it!! The portion was perfect, specially for someone who have issues with portions! I was surprised that that had 40g of proteins!! It’s amazing the amount of things we can learn!!
I am definitely ordering more meals again and taking a subscription! So worthy!

(April 2, 2019, 12:25 am)I've tried a couple of already cooked meal kits and have always been disappointed with the quality of the food and the taste of the recipe. This is the first time that I am completely satisfied with the freshness of ingredients and the meals. I highly recommend La Comida!
(November 15, 2018, 2:40 am)I placed my first order two weeks ago after hearing it mentioned at the gym. To begin with, I did not read the instructions properly and, not only did the customer service noticed it and reached out to me, but they were also very prompt to reply all my following questions and to modify my order so that I could benefit of the full experience.
But most importantly, I was very impressed by the quality of the food. Meals were varied enough and ranging from tasty to right down delicious. There is also a number of vegetarian/vegan options to choose from! For anyone who doesn’t have time, the skills, or the patience to cook, this is a wonderful service that offers well-balanced flavourful meals right at your doorstep. I loved the experience and am definitely planning to order again very soon.

As someone who has no skill to cook and no imagination to meal prep, these meals are life saving. My fave so far has been the chili which is always a surprise to grasp that it is healthy and fits my workout goals! UNREAL! A must try!

- nutritional information printed on the label
- DELICIOUS meals and snacks with new menus each week
I’ve tried several other meal plans and this is the best one I’ve used, and the price is on point!
I highly recommend La Comida MTL, regardless of your fitness objectives!
