Melissa and Eloise were so great to work with! Melissa was pro-active and always making sure that everything was okay on our side and gave assistance where ever she can. Eloise was at our wedding to take the picture, as Mel was not available, and she did an amazing job! We got the preview of our wedding pictures and we couldn't be more happy with the results! I can’t thank Melissa & Olga enough. From the very first message sent, I knew I wanted the photos of our celebration party to come from them. Melissa was always very quick to respond, gave me feedback, advice and help, calmed my nerves and made sure to ask about personal preferences. We’ve taken professional photos in the past, but they went above and beyond. The photos are so stunning, everyone has been asking about them, and we can now re-live it all over again. As a friend and photographer, we chose Melissa to capture our big day, long before it actually happened. Through the ups and downs of covid, the delays, the postponement, she was there to support us, offer guidance, and an encouraging word when everything was so up in the air. Communication always remained open, and we felt comfortable asking questions and for advice when we needed it. Our planning meetings were light and enjoyable, and Mel made sure she knew exactly what we wanted, and made even more incredible suggestions. What I knew from our engagement session was that Mel is outstanding at making what could feel awkward, so comfortable and fun!
