Came across this place rather accidentally in what was supposed to be a routine drive to the country (long story). A pleasant enough ferry crossing (more like a raft) of the Ottawa River for about $10, thus avoiding having to drive to Montreal or Hawkesbury to cross via bridges. Good if there is not a large lineup for a boat that has a capacity of only about 10 cars. If there is indeed such a lineup, you could be waiting a long time to cross, while watching the raft go back and forth, back and forth...

The easy way to cross from highway 40 to high way 50 if you are in the west of the country
By talking ferry , the employees are so nice
In summer time I used ferry to cross because of my Job it's 15$ for a 10 weels truck.
A car is $9.50c.

Great place to go fishing with the family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tons of fish in the river. My kids had a blast!
