Tim Hortons

The food served is rather fresh then other franchise locations. Theyd always be a little stingy though.

Saturday the 7th of March 2020, we tried to Tim Hortons. After lining up around St Lazare Quebec for a Tim Horton and just standing there for like almost 20 minutes with very little progress we left..this Tim seemed to be way understaffed I no have no ability to process clients quickly does calling a fast food restaurant a slow food restaurant. And outside the car lineup wasn't moving either.
later on in the day towards the end of the day we went to another Tim's and the lineup with fewer people was about 15 minutes and we noticed there was almost no staff either on. Saturday evening. Besides cancelling the roll up the rimcontest for whatever reason they've also seem to have cut back on their staff substantially either that or people are quitting working at Tim Hortons on mess. And the quality is not what it used to be which wasn't amazing but it was decent. Now maybe the donuts are qualified as decent sugar and the coffee not so much.at the one in Quebec around rigaud coming back towards Montreal from out of the province, I noticed in the lineup that they were featuring coffees a different types for sale with no l price tags!..
II Tim Hortons that evening rather than in the morning where we gave up, how to sign saying they won't refill your cups..
if I'm going to wait for a service I'll go to a proper restaurant and sit down because they can service coffee faster than Tim could serve us as their cash register where everything else is self serve..
since the South American corporation bought the moat it's been downhill every step of the way.
It's no longer Canadian institution only a memory of

I got my food in no time!

And the staff were very nice when I was getting my food.

The tables were all shining.
