(August 7, 2019, 4:02 pm)Normally great service, but the salesman gave us the wrong delivery date. Three times he confirmed Tuesday afternoon as the date. When Tuesday afternoon was almost over, a call was placed and they told us we had made the error and there was nothing they could do as they were closing soon. Three times he confirmed Tuesday and there was no help offered. Very disappointed in this since they were so accommodating to a Christmas Eve emergency just a few months ago.
Not happy and will never deal with that salesman again. Will always wait and deal with the female that was so helpful before. He could take lessons on customer service from her.
