When I dropped off the car for repairs, they made sure I had a rental car for the week which was cleaned and washed before giving it to me. A week later when I went to pick up my car (after repairs), they washed it (inside and out) and walked me through the repairs in detail. The link between my insurance claim and all the paperwork was seamless.
Its great customer care that warrants recognition. I would highly recommend this body shop if you're car is in need of repairs.
