Small and cozy gym with all the equipment you'd need, with trainers and staff always available. The personal trainers are stellar and want to see you succeed and the other gym goers are friendly, which makes for an always pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend this facility.

Choosing a gym is never as simple as it seems. There are so many things that factor into that decision, for me anyways, the most important one of all has to be the atmosphere, followed by the staff.

MPN welcomes you with open arms and tailors your experience based on your goals and holds you accountable to those goals. They celebrate your successes with you, keep you motivated when required and become your friends along the way.

I have had an excellent experience since joining this gym. The owner has a real passion for what he does and it rubs of on you the client. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who wants to enjoy a great atmosphere. I work out with my boys and we are having tons of fun. Why go to a crowded “douchebag” gym when you can be somewhere with a great positive energy

Great gym, very nice equipment(quality). Nice staff, they make you feel like your family. Oriented towards bettering yourself and also towards performance. I would recommend it to everyone.
