Family K9 Dog Training

We are indebted to Nicks help for our french bulldog Winston. We sent Winston for in house training a little over 3 weeks ago because of dog reactivity, pulling on leash and our dog getting overly excited with us and strangers. I love walking and I wanted to enjoy my walks with my dog, which had become a source of stress, which routes best to take in order to avoid other dogs. I do have to say, I did my research, I knew Nick was good but could he really help our excitable bulldog? From the first meeting with Nick I already had determined he knew what he was doing. All of his years of experience under his belt were very evident. He had a clear plan. In a very short time after getting Winston home from the in house training, he is a different dog, calmer, and looks up to us for direction. He can now lie on his bed quietly as we eat a meal. I can go on walks with no stress knowing Winston will not have the same reaction towards other dogs. Nick gave us the tools and foundation to have the dog we envisioned. We will keep practicing the tools to keep it up. Can't wait for all the adventures with our dog in the future. Thank you Nick for making this a reality for our family.

Professional service and results. Nick is a dedicated trainer and helped us understand our puppy. He gave us skills and tools to communicate effectively with our pup. Video calls and in-person experiences are both recommended. We are very happy with the quality outcome!

We sent our 4-year-old Shorkie, for in-kennel training with Nick. Sending her away for three weeks wasn’t an easy decision but if we had had any hint of what the results could be, we would have done this long ago. Loki is an adorable, sweet and affectionate little dog but her anxiety made for very unpleasant days.

It was wonderful dealing with Nick. I had communicated with other trainers but Nick is the only one who suggested that a consultation session would be necessary in order for him to evaluate Loki and determine if he thought he could help. The consultation session was over an hour long where Nick took charge of Loki. In that time, we saw him begin to connect with Loki and saw how much he loves dogs and how he had her well-being at heart. This was extremely reassuring to see before leaving our dog in his care.

Loki spent three weeks with Nick. The change was unbelievable! He had her walking at his side and responding to each of his commands easily and all she wanted in return was affection.

It’s been six months and we continue to work with her every day. She’s not perfect but neither are we. She’s still anxious and always will be but we now have the proper tools to help her through those tough moments and it has made life much less stressful for all of us. We are so thankful!

My dog Finn has really bad separation anxiety. As soon as I’d leave him home alone in the crate, he would bark continuously without breaks. This was a major problem as I live in a condo and have gotten a noise complaint. It got to the point where I could not leave him alone at all. I’d have to drop him off at my parents’ every time I needed to do groceries, go to an appointment, etc. Thankfully I found Nick and we got to work. It was not easy, as I choose the 1-1 training and did all the work myself at home. I am still in disbelief to this day that I am able to leave Finn alone without having him bark up a storm. So so so grateful for all the help and guidance Nick has given me with our 1-1 training. With all his experience, Nick is able to adapt his training and personalize it to your dog and your dog’s personality to help you achieve success. Definitely will be training with Nick again with a future puppy (except this time I would start training on day 1… to prevent all behavioral problems in the first place!). Would highly recommend Nick as a trainer to everyone!! Worth every penny.

I was surprised with 89 reviews and 5 star rating for a dog trainer and was wondering how come everyone is so satisfied with the training techniques that not even a single bad review, reading almost all the reviews I wanted to try for my Dog Tiger (I tried almost all the trainers in my area) he goes by his name tiger he was a real beast when I came to see Nick my dog was pulling like wild on leash when he see another dog most of the time he go wild. I tried board and train for my dog for 3 weeks, I went to take him back and he was completely changed it was a dream come true watching my dog behaving well mannered and disciplined I got the transfer lesson with my dog so that I can understand my dog better the way he was trained.
Now my dog is more focused he listens to me and obeys all thanks to Nick for his training and techniques.
