I had blown a tire close to Kia Vaudreuil-Dorion and the servicing representative Lethicia took amazing care of me. My car had to get towed Saturday afternoon and I was only able to retrieve it Tuesday after getting one of my spare tires from my actual Kia dealership in Pierrefonds-Roxboro and having it transfered to this Kia. Lethicia answered my questions very quickly and helped me troubleshoot the fastest solution to repairing my tire. I was able to retrieve my car in record time all considering! I definitely recommend Kia HGrégoire in Vaudreuil-Dorion for their excellent customer service and servicing representatives. Merci beaucoup de m'avoir sauvé la vie, Lethicia!!!

My experience is limited to the service center since I do my maintenance there. Staff is super professional and very courteous. The service tasks are accomplished efficiently and prices are reasonable for a dealer - though you should always be self informed prior to doing any service at any garage. Special shout out to Nicolas who is super pleasant to interact with.
