Great selection of all home decor you could possibly want

I too love this store.BUT..and a big but.
I recently had an experience that left me feeling disappointed.
Every occasion..I buy Gift cards for my daughters there.I feel they are generous ones..and I feel grateful that I am able to do this and want to.
I never had a mom after my teen years to surprise me with a Christmas gift.
Usually the cashier might make a nice comment..like lucky girls..or recipients..and it makes me feel good.
Nothing.
I asked if there were any envelopes left that went with the card..what's there is there..LOL..no..wrong answer.
Not a smile..nothing..and I smiled and I tried. left wishing I had bought the certificates where the store would have appreciated my business..
I think the management should hold meetings on customer service ..for the cashiers.
I just returned from the US..Home Goods..etc..
Happy cashiers,happy for our business.
