Out of shape and no time to be a member of a gym (which is closed anyways) My friend gave me an idea to have my own gym in the basement so I can train from home and on my time. She introduced me to a company named Renegade Performance. They are well known to sell high quality equipment and at a reasonable price. They gave me good advice on which equipment to buy for my weight loss program and getting back in shape so I don't spend money unnecessarily.
