Restaurant Mr.India bar & grill

I just wanted a small snack. I got samosa and a cucumber salad. Obviously this is a place to share so the cucumber salad was enough for me and plenty of leftover to take home. I enjoyed it and my gf gobbled up the leftovers when I got home.
The samosas were extremely average and I was hoping for something with more coriander pieces and large chunks of potatoes and peas. This was more of a mashed center and not as savory as I've had at other places.
The other people I heard in the restaurant were all mentioning how good certain dishes were. Unfortunately the staff doesn't always listen very well. They are very nice and friendly but made some small technical errors with my order and 2 other customers orders. All unrelated to the quality of the food though.

Had a very good experience at this restaurant. Visited yesterday afternoon and enjoyed an excellent meal. An Indian restaurant in Hudson; I think that's the first time ever!

I've always been a big fan of good Indian food and this place did not disappoint. I was served quickly, courteously, and the food came out piping hot and fresh. The dishes were good and the price was fair. I will go back whenever I have the desire for Indian food!

Sad that some reviewers have no concept and are so unfair to a restaurant who's just opened its doors only weeks ago. It's normal to have some teething pains, but the negative reviews were totally unwarranted in my opinion. If they can't handle a little bit of teething pains at a restaurants opening, they should go eat at a McDonald's instead. I suspect that that's about the level of food that they consider to be fine dining in any case.

Don't let those negative reviews sway you. This restaurant serves a good, solid product at a very fair price, and service was just fine. For those who have eaten and enjoy Indian, you won't be disappointed!

Saw this new restaurant on my way home from work and decided to give it a try and i must say it is easily the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Everything is fresh and of very high quality. I had the curry chicken with cucumber salad salad and garlic naan. Highly recommend!

This is a new restaurant, they haven't enough staff, but the food is good.

My recommendations are as follows

Don't book so many tables that the wait is long, but do tell people if the wait is going to be long.

Wear the same colour clothes, so customers can tell who are staff and who are customers.

The water bottles are a nice touch, how about having a glass with the water.

A wine glass with the wine would be good rather than a tumbler.

Aside of that, great food, thank you, we will be back.

Any new and successful business has growing pains, its how they overcome those pains that matter if the product is good, hence why a 4 star review I feel is the right score for a review currently.

This is the most amazing Indian food restaurant!!!I’m beyond excited that this restaurant has opened up in the neighbourhood! Each dish we ordered was beyond amazing, delicious, fresh!!! The owners and family and staff are truly amazing! We can’t wait to go back and order every item!! For myself, being a vegetarian is usually so difficult to find a restaurant with options but I was over the moon with 2 full pages of options!! My fiancé is a meat eater and was overly impressed with his plate. Our friends were equally thrilled!! This is a MUST!!!!
