For a store that caters to babies and children that is a pretty terrible breast feeding, family bathroom. Worn out, dirty, broken upholstered chair looks very unhygienic, no pad on granite/ marble change table. And of course nothing classier than having to feed a baby in a bathroom!! I would clean that up and use it to promote or have parents try out some products you sell. It is one thing to have products you just put on sale on back order, the least you can do is not charge me to have it shipped to my home when picking it up in store is not an option. Amazon is great isn't it? Considering the competition they are giving brick and mortar stores I would take this constructive criticism seriously.
I like this store; but my son love it!!! Sometimes is very hard go out!!!
Quality and good place to shop
I have to take one star off. My wife placed a special order and in two weeks while I was passing by the store she called me and asked me to pick it up as it was ready, and that they told her on the phone it's fine to pick it up without any papers, it is paid in full.
So I come to the store, they bring the stuff we ordered, and the shop assistant says that only 50$ deposit is paid, and that I need to pay 200$ balance. I'm asking to wait a minute, as I need to call my wife, I'm pretty sure the thing is paid in full.
So the shop assistant looks at me like I'm a stupid and shouts so that other people around can hear BUT YOU CAN SEE HERE ON MY SCREEN ONLY 50$ IS PAID, IT CANNOT BE ANY DIFFERENT!!!!!
I'm still asking for one minute to check, my wife sends me a text with a copy of the bill - it is paid in full.
The shop assistant did not apologize.
