The Johnson's are passionate about bison and are very transparent with their knowledge and sustainable practices. We have tried a variety of cuts from their farm and have not been disappointed, it's top notch quality.
My personal favourite for snacking is the Sweet & Spicy Bison Jerky. I take it on all my outdoor adventures for a quick, high-protein bite. Delicious and nutritious, would highly recommend!

I have tried a bit of everything but my favourite are the bison short ribs, ground meat, hot dogs, and steaks! I have a hard time eating any other kind of hot dog now that I’ve tried these ones and they’re so good. I also love the website recipes and the short rib recipe is my go to when needing to impress someone with a nice meal. I took the time to tour the ranch and am impressed with their care for the animals and sustainable farming. Definitely recommend!
