OK Tire

We've had a great experience with OK Tire. We have recently moved to town and discovered some concerning noises coming from our rear brakes which had just been safetied out of province. The team got us in for an appointment right away and were able to diagnose the issues so we could make our warranty claim. They'll be our mechanics going forward. We appreciated their quick work to give us an informed opinion and feel that they stand behind the 'honestly driven' motto. Their inspection was thorough and a great value for the price.

I took my 2009 Buick in for what I believed to be a sensor repair. It turned out to be two problems--one with the sensor and the other with the wiring harness. I was pleased that I was charged only once for this work, although clearly more could have been charged. Once again, the service was outstanding and worthy of a positive review.

This company is amazing because of the quality people that work there! My son and I were headed to the Regina airport on the holiday Monday of the September long weekend when we had one of our truck tires blow. Ok tire answered their phone and came quickly to the rescue. They were calm and professional and had us and our vehicle towed back to their shop in quick order. They graciously lent us their courtesy vehicle so I could still get to the airport and catch my flight! This vehicle was in need of new tires (suitable for winter) and they got that done in the following days at reasonable cost and great service and communication with us. Jay and James are quality people and I would recommend them highly for tires, towing or mechanic work. This is the kind of business everyone hopes to find and deal with but seldom does. Fair, reasonable and quality are the words that summarize my experience. Highly recommend this business!
