Purchased a vehicle here and had some issues with it after acquiring it. The staff were very quick to jump on the case and helped to fix all the problems, even sourcing parts necessary for the fixes from Ford. They were very courteous the entire time and even after everything was fixed, they would call no and then to check up on the me/the vehicle. I haven't had any issues with the car since then and have no need for a new one any time soon, but if I am looking again, I would definitely consider VW Saskatoon or other FFun dealers. Don't just think about how dealers treat you when things are going well, ask them what happens when things go wrong too.

My experience here was a very pleasant one. The salesperson was very helpful and excellent to deal with. In fact i may purchase a vehicle from said salesperson.

The service advisor actually asked me questions about my life and she tried to connect with me and treat me like a person, not just work. I find that sort of interaction very valuable when it comes to any type of customer service job. The work done on my car was also done expediently and done well.
