I participated in a weekly long-distance group Body talk session, this past May, June, and July. Susan Lee is an advanced body talk practitioner. She has been studying and integrating a new level of training. “This online course, originally developed by Dr. John Veltheim, teaches the most advanced levels of The BodyTalk System. The word PaRama comes from a Sanskrit word meaning “highest” or “beyond.” It takes what you have learned in the core BodyTalk modules and goes far beyond them in terms of both concepts and techniques.
Each week the group was asked what issues or imbalances are coming up.
We could privately share with Susan, any difficulty, we were experiencing. Then we would get an email with a tap out formula for the group.
I have been working on my health and wellbeing with Susan for many years and find it works very fast to shift the higher and lower energies that can get stuck in a mental or emotional pattern. I experienced a considerable shift in my mental wellbeing, with regaining my clarity.
The formula was set up to run while I was sleeping.
I was getting swept up in all the fear around the coronavirus, plus I was living in a remote location in the jungle in Costa Rica, due to a cancelled return flight. I felt overloaded with conflicting information from the internet.
My brain was having a hard time filtering out what was useful and what I had to disregard.
Upon waking up the day after this formula was integrated, it felt like a restricting band was removed from around my head.
My attention and focus were more rooted in what I was doing in my home than being sucked out into the hype of all the stress from the lockdown in the world. It was a massive reminder about where to place my awareness; this session put up a filter that I was so profoundly in need.
I also love that Body Talk looks at what the main priority in the body to address.
