(April 2, 2019, 3:06 pm)I always love bringing my pets here for quick and quality care. I've never experienced the staff to be uncaring or not friendly, as other reviews state. I've always had awesome service, and the people working there take a genuine interest in my pets and their wellbeing. There is no waiting weeks or months for appointments, and my concerns are always addressed thoroughly. Dr. Chu and her team are fantastic, no nonsense people and always make sure to explain whats going on clearly, how to administer medications, and what kind of aftercare or follow up is expected.
