school cant get fun but you can make it more enjoyable and Tommy Douglas has done that for me. i had a really bad experience at my elementary school and i feel a lot happier in Tommy. I feel at home and safe here and i found a group of friends here within a week.I get to have fun and still keep up with my grades. The teachers are nice and will respect you for who you are and i'm glad i chose this school.
Tommy Douglas is a great school! The teachers are fairly helpful and know what they're supposed to be teaching and how to teach it. Also the athletics and band make school really enjoyable!
I like the different programs and classes that are offered at Tommy. My experience with the teachers have been very good. All of my teachers are very helpful if I have a question and give good advice to help with my studying. Most of the rules are fair and I've enjoyed coming to this school. I am not a big fan of the no hood rule.
it is an amazing school, great teachers great classes and they push you as much as they can without over whelming you. but there are a lot of students that make the school look bad. littering and throwing cigarette buds on the ground. and having a smoking pit on school grounds isn't a good first look.
Tommy Douglas is a new school so there are many wonderful utilities at the students hands, such as sports equipment, books, and computers. There are certain problems like the smell inside and outside the gym, but the custodians are wonderful. There are wonderful teachers and many groups to join. Overall this school is a perfect place to learn.
