I've just completed the StrongHER Academy offered by Happy Body
Health Co. and couldn't be happier. Jackie helped me work through many beliefs when it came to food, helped me let go of being perfect and gave me the tools to make impactful changes in small steps. My relationship with food(and myself) are better because of it.

Before I met Jackie, I had a very poor relationship with food. I felt tired, and unhealthy. If I ate something “wrong”, I would feel so much guilt. Working with Jackie has helped me understand what I’m actually putting into my body and why. She showed me the importance of actually nourishing my body. I have more energy and I enjoy eating healthier, nutritious food because it makes me feel good! She gets it. She loves helping women become their best selves and she’s amazing at it. I highly recommend working with her. She’s worth the investment. And her recipes are delicious!

I have been working with Jackie for periods of time over the last year. Her knowledge, attitude and approach has made it so easy to get support on my journey to get healthier and feel better. I want to tell you how much better I feel and how easy it was to make the necessary changes with Jackie's help and guidance. Keeping healthy and looking after yourself is so important right now. I highly recommend checking out what Jackie has to offer and using her as a coach and a mentor - she really gets it and offers real concrete advise and support - you won't be disappointed and you could feel so much better. And it can all be done virtually. I am glad that I am working with her.
