Technicians always very friendly and helpful with advice, recommendations and how to fix things myself. In weather like we have been having lately they are truly knights in shining armour!
(November 19, 2018, 6:15 am)I noticed my furnace wasn't working when I got up. I phoned Ball & Sons at 7:15am and they had a technician at my house by 8:30am. He quickly found and fixed the problem. I have used Ball & Sons for over 20 years and would highly recommend them.
