(October 26, 2018, 6:23 am)Michelle, the manager at this location, is absolutely amazing! Working with her was the easiest and best part of our move. I wish everyone involved in our move was as wonderful a person to work with (and to get to know). She understands the stresses of moving and makes sure all your storage needs are taken care of - and even goes above and beyond - she truly cares and cares about your belonging as much as you/we do. Thank you again to her!
(June 6, 2018, 4:51 am)So far so good, only complaint is that when the staff take lunch break, there is nobody in the office to help; they leave a note on the door and there’s a number to call if it’s important... I called the number three times and nobody answered. Another guy was also waiting (for a good twenty mins) as he was needing to pay his monthly fee and couldn’t in the end because he had to go back to work.
Also another complaint is that the whole community of StorageMarts in Saskatoon is a little messy and unorganized as when I was inquiring over the phone and told the lady which location I wanted and she gave me details of a whole different location so when I went to this location and talked in person, all pricing, deals and availability were different. So overall customer service is not the greatest but the storage units are clean for the most part.
(July 5, 2017, 7:20 am)i was in a terrible situation with boxed couches not filling into my truck. They had to be removed from the store. This storage mart went above and beyond for me. The lovely capable lady was so nice, so accommodating and she even stayed late!!! Their lockers are really nice next awesome bonus is that the first month is free!! Perfect for when you need to hold on to a few things before your next move
