  Just what I am looking for in a fitness gym. No extra cost for things I don't use. This is a fitness club for people who are self motivated. No fitness classes or trainers, which is a good thing because it keeps the membership cost low.
  The place is clean with great selections of free weights and universal machines. Plenty of treadmills and stationary bikes so don't have to wait.
  Open 24 hours so you can work out anytime.
  Highly recommended.

  Staff is alright, they don't seem to excited but I don't blame them working at such a cheap place.
  Awesome workout place that's super cheap tho.

  Perfect Gym for anyone wanting to go somewhere where they wont be judged. Anxiety is a huge factor of going to the gym. Staff are Very friendly and accommodating to needs of everyone. I do wish there was AT LEAST a water fountain however.

  It's got your basics. But no showers. And the washrooms (the women's anyways) has never smelled clean in the time that I have been going. While they boast about friendly staff, most days it looks like they really don't want to be there, let alone do they try to make your interaction positive.

  Really good gym, especially for the price. Lots of variety and usually not too busy when I go but the only thing that would make this gym better is a water fountain. I don't mind the sinks but it'd be easier with a fountain.
