Good service and was happy to have a new phone. BUT A man called me to say I was due for a new contract and I would pay nothing for my upgrade. Went through everything and it still said I owed $0.00. Get my first bill and I had a past due of $147.00 for signing a new contract and having a new phone. Ended up having to sit on the phone for an hour to ensure I didn't use my data too much or roam in the states too much. Turns out it was just from upgrading and someone from koodo superstore should've told me about the $147 I was about to be charged on top of my monthly bill. Dont let koodo trick you with their awesome promotions... you just pay more than you expected months later when it sneaks up on you.
