Troy responded quickly and got me a fair quote. In addtion to that he identified other exterior items on my property that should be addressed along with timeframes and budgets. Probably one of the things I like the best is he and his crew take photos before, during and after if you ask.

We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Right from the estimate, Troy won me over with his knowledge, vision for our home and fair price. It was most important to me that I could trust everything was going to get done properly and at a high quality. The employees put their hearts into their work and treated my house like their own. No corners were cut, and often I was impressed with all the extra efforts being put into my house. Troy was with us from start to finish which was a great, checking in often, keeping me informed with what was going on and giving very helpful advice. It is important for you to know that his suggestions were never pushy or things that must be done, just polite suggestions like adding in some exterior lighting and special boarding to help finish off our sunroom. We had a few unique areas with our home, one being the sunroom, another being an attached doghouse. Taryn took the time to finishing the doghouse like it was the most important part of the job. We cannot express how great of an experience this was and the dedicated efforts made by everyone at Home Sweet Home Builders. We have trusted them with every aspect of the exterior of our house, shingles, rigid insulation, Hardie siding, soffit, facia, eves, and are extremely impressed with the work.
