Bradley showed up on time and worked very efficiently in our home. His price was excellent and he didn’t charge an extra mileage fee for our location. Our carpets look excellent after his cleaning! He even went above and beyond my expectations by cleaning the small rug in our front entrance before he left.

I needed help with a small truck load and I needed it gone the next day from when I called and they were awesome! They responded right away they quoted me on the spot (as I sent them a picture ) it was a very reasonable price and the work was beyond what I asked. They took all the garbage as well as raked up the area! They are a 10 outta 10 just Impeccable!

After having an unpleasant experience with a carpet cleaning company in town I was hesitant to utilize any other services as my favorite expensive living room chair was ruined...or so I thought. The stench stopped you in your tracks, that combined with a winter and isolation time with 2 dogs and 5 children I might add. After numerous failed attempts at finding time to clean it myself I decided to extend the search for a carpet cleaning company once again. After hearing North Star come up in conversation a few times I decided to give them a shout. Brad was in touch with me immediately to set something up to fix my chair and freshen the carpets. He was able to fit me in his schedule in a gracious and suitable time which automatically impressed me. At the time of his arrival I instantly understood why his company was recommended. He conducts himself in a very friendly professional manner. The way he worked around my home with us present didn't have any of us feeling like we were "in the way" or annoyed. He is extremely considerate and respectful of the space he is in. His work is conducted to impress any perfectionist out there. I was relieved at how pristine my place looked and my chair is FIXED!!!
