  I've been here since Sept 2018 and I am loving it here! The staff are incredibly friendly, the building is always clean and tidy and it's in such a great neighbourhood. Very happy here.

  I've only lived here 5 and a half months bit prior to this I had trouble finding a nice and secure home for me and my children and was denied by other places around the city so when I applied here I was doubtful of even having a chance. But when I got the phone call and was offered a place I was so happy as I've always wanted to live here because it only a block away from my mom. My childen and I areally happy being here and want to stay here for as long as we can. The staff here is very respectful and very understanding and kind. When I had a health scare and an ambulance came to take me to hospital I got a flower delivery the next day from Serena and it warmed my heart to know that the staff care about their renters as real people . I feel at home here. I am also grateful for how quick they are with maintenance, cesar is such a nice and respectful man and is thorough with getting an thing fixed!

  I have lived here going on almost 4 years. You couldn’t ask for a better location with the major highways being minutes away. The new Cosco that has opened with gas always cheaper than elsewhere with new shops scheduled to be opened this year across from Cosco.
  The Manager of the building Eric does a fantastic job. If he can, he does things immediately
  With a smile on his face. The maintenance staff are also terrific.
  The head office of Wellington Manor I found very friendly & they listen to you should ever meet them.
  I have no plans of moving any time soon. I definitely would recommend this apartment to everyone!

  Management and maintenance staff are prompt in response to service requests, friendly and courteous, and do their best to keep the apartment block clean and safe.
