The low reviews boggle my mind. It's a walk-in clinic... with doctors who have appointments as well. It's as if people dont understand how this system works... just because there are 2 walk in appointments ahead of you doesnt mean there arent 6 appointments ahead of you! I've grown up going too this walk-in clinic and continue too now. Always helpful. Always friendly. Again.. ITS A WALK IN CLINIC people. First come. First served plus appointments phones ringing etc etc. Doctors are friendly and efficient. Never have I felt rushed or like I wasnt being heard. If you dont want to wait in a waiting room make an appointment with you GP... you'll still be waiting for them too I'm sure;)

Seriously? Why the low stars, even my grandma who doesn't have internet said this is one of the best walkins. We are from Edmonton and had to make a trip in for my toddler and it was amazing! Wait time was super super short, doctor was fantastic, in and out in no time! Cannot remember doctors name but would highly recommend. He was the one with the sultry voice, but that's not why you should see him, he's friendly and informative.

Usually pretty decent wait times, faster than most of the mediclinics I have been to. Doctors are generally pretty good, considering they are likely not your family doctor but try to get to your immediate issue.
Docs are pretty thorough and fairly quick. Seldom a long drawn out ordeal. Just open hours are sometimes confusing and seldom anyone answering the phones for info. Be good to know which doctors are on prior to going there to avoid re-explaining to different doctor. Keep up the good work.

My experience was good. Reception staff were efficient and friendly and wait time not that bad considering it’s a walk in and was pretty busy. Based on this visit I would go back and recommend.
