(July 30, 2018, 6:39 pm)Found some items that we need for a birthday party. Customer service was very poor as the woman behind the counter didn't recognize us when we walked in and was very robotic when we checked out. The store was filthy and as much as my kids were being a pain and I was mad at them I honestly almost didn't mind because it was completely dead in there. There was stuff everywhere, shelves unorganized, boxes on the floor, and it also looked dirty. I know they now have to compete with Party City but they aren't going to keep up like this.
