I was have having a lot of issues trying to upgrade my phone online and receiving pretty poor customer service (not honoring previously promised prices which I also had a transcript to prove it). I went to this location and talked to Trevor who assured me right away that he would help me and to honor the prices. Trevor was awesome, and knew the answer to all my questions. I know it might be easier to do things online but I would highly recommend going to this location rather than dealing with the online customer service. Thank you for your help Trevor!!

Every time I go in there, I don't have to wait long and am treated very greatly! staff are friendly and well rounded in their field .
They always go above and beyond for me .
