Efficiency Heating & Cooling

I had an issue with my AC unit and needed help in a hurry. I called Efficiency and the very friendly and efficient Shauna had someone at my home in 20 minutes. Dustin was professional friendly and open to taking me through every step of his work. He found the minor issue quickly and then did a diagnostic on the unit. There was no hint of an up-sell; my problem was solved for the $99 service call charge and I got a clean bill of health diagnostic on my AC. I highly recommend Efficiency.

We recently had an air conditioning problem which was fixed the very same day! It was great service. We have been using Efficiency Heating and Cooling for about 8 years and they are always very responsive, friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable about our boiler system which we appreciate. We recently had Tim and another time Dustin come to our home to address some issue, they are both very pleasant and resolved the problems promptly. We would recommend Efficiency Heating and Cooling highly. Also , Shaunna , who has answered the phone when I have called, is very good at her job!! She is very friendly and efficient.

Their workers are so professional and friendly. Quick service. Great value. you can call any time and they answer any questions big or small. They really care about their customers. I would recommend them to everyone.

We were happy to get the free in home estimate for a new AC from Efficiency. They gave us a reasonable price and were able to book our appointment quickly after the estimate. They explained everything to us in great detail and answered all our questions.

We needed some plumbing work done and the service was amazing that we received. Communication was top notch with setting up the appointment to a follow up call the next day to see if the repairs and service went well. Very quick service.
We have used Efficiency for years for our furnace and A/C needs and now we know that all of our plumbing repairs can also be handled by them.
