We purchased our Arctic Spa last summer...we love it! The product is outstanding in quality and you receive exceptional customer service! All of the staff was and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. (Including making several trips out to our acreage to ensure our SpaBoy was working correctly.) Would not go anywhere else to purchase a spa...Arctic Spa Saskatoon is the best in the biz!

Some employees more helpful than others. Went there looking for replacement plumbing parts for a tub brand they did not carry. First gentlemen at counter, told us that if it wasn't a Arctic spa that we should just burn it. Obviously, that type of feedback is not what we were after. Another lady, Amanda was her name, was more that helpful and had a wonderful positive attitude and got us off and running. Her type of service is what brings people back, not the ladder. please take note.

Always amazing service. I bought my Tub last year, and every time I return for chemical the service is amazing. Very knowledgeable staff and we have been very pleased with our products. This week I stopped by for a smoker and again the service was top notch! Would highly recommend!
