Derrick and his team are absolutely a team of professionals. My girlfriend and I purchased our first house through Derrick last fall and everything went so smoothly. Derrick is the type of person who really has your best interest in mind, he would inform us of issues that we never would have known or thought about without his expertise, and I really don’t think he would sell anyone a house that he wouldn’t sell to his own family. Because of his years of experience, we felt that we were always looked after. He and his staff were always prompt in responding to our needs. He would show us any homes that we requested to view, and would provide comments about the neighborhoods, builders, etc. which really helped with our decision. Derrick also made us aware of how important it is to take resale into account when purchasing a home, not only was he helping us in the moment with our purchase, he was helping us out long term by focusing on all the things we wanted in a home as well as the things that buyers typically look for; in turn preparing us for a future sale. I also really liked that the other members of the Stretch Team were watching the market for listings which may appeal to us as well. They knew our needs, and nothing was missed. I would highly recommend using Derrick Stretch Realty when buying or selling, and will definitely be a life time repeat client myself. Real Estate is such a significant transaction in life, and we wanted someone who we knew would be on our side through the entire process as well as make us feel comfortable and informed, and Derrick sure did fill that role for us!

My husband and I have bought and sold through Derrick over the past 20 years. His service has been exemplary! He goes above and beyond to help his clients. He works hard to make sure his clients are satisfied with the end result. His son Mitchell, who also helped us with the sale of our home, is very conscientious and also works hard for his clients.
We feel we got a fair price for our home given the state of the market at this time. Both he and another Realty Company quoted the same selling price.
