I was referred to the Mike Boychuk team as we had an estate situation that needed to be dealt with in Saskatoon. Our home had been listed on and off for about 2 years with other agents, we even tried to sell it ourselves at one point.. .with no luck! It was getting frustrating, to say the least. We had a ton of showings, but most of those were not qualified purchasers who were interested in our house, other agents were just taking people through our house to make it look like there was a lot of interest and viewings. We started thinking about moving in October.
