She responded right away and within a week I had a replacement delivered to my front door! Would definitely use their services again in the future when its time for updating!

She really helped me prioritize my "wish list" and keep me on track with what I truly wanted--to keep the heat out in the summer and have motorized convenience in our A-frame house. My gorgeous cellular shades are amazing at doing just that: they transform our room from unbearable to very comfortable in the heat of the summer. Not only is she saving me heating and cooling costs, but her prices were truly unbeatable. From placing the order to installed within two weeks! Would not hesitate to recommend 4Twenty.
