CIBC Branch with ATM

Honestly, I am shocked to see all the bad reviews. I go to the bank often (and not just to use the tellers, but to sit in the offices and such). I have nothing but amazing things to say about this branch. Me and my entire family have always been treated like royalty when we go.
The tellers are always incredibly kind, the bank manager is an absolute gem, service has always been speedy, branch is always clean, lots of parking, great hours etc. I get offered coffee when I wait.
Whenever I go to the offices, my children run around the branch like wild animals. Always, any of the workers who arent busy, will play with my children. They will give them there decorative items in their office for my kids to play with, they will sit with my girls in the waiting section and play on tablets with them, etc. Heck, my youngest fell in love with a little toy they had in the waiting area and the ladies said my daughter could have it.

Every person I have dealt with seems knowledgable. And if there was something they didnt know, theyd track someone down or make a call to get me the answer. I've never left the building with questions unanswered.

Like I said, this isnt based off 1 experience. I go very often. Actually, most of the workers there now know my family and even my kids by name lol.

I've had tons of fees waived (like I've never paid for bundles of cheques, bankers cheque fees get waived all the time, etc.)

I mean.... I always go in there with a smile and maybe that is why I get great service lol!

So personally, I HIGHLY recommend this branch! I love it way more then the one in confed, on 8th and on circle.

I had a great experience here today! The manager dealt with me personally. There were no lines, friendly service, accomplished exactly what I needed, efficiently and with a smile. Beautiful facility. Thank you!
