They are always friendly, prompt when it comes to dealing with any maintenance problem (which is very rare as they keep the apartments in excellent condition) or any other issue for that matter, and they follow the Residential Tenancies Act and always respect you and your privacy. The maintenance guys are awesome and will always say hello to you if you see them on your way in or out.
