Staff are kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated the honesty and detail given prior to surgery!
Quality of care is better than many hospitals I have been to.
Mall area, as with many other common areas are very clean and well laid out.
Criticisms:
More facility care and improvements needed.
Most of the facility needs some minor maintenance throughout. Also would like to see much better singage and visual management tools. A signage overhaul is in other. Not more signes, better. Many identifiers look sloppy, unprofessional, excessive and outdated. Many labels and signes are hidden and have "sweet spots" for viewing. It not too hard to figure out, just not as easy as it could be. Think lean visually.
Some enterences do not cigarette disposal and so the grounds are filthy from the litter.
