I believe it was Bill who helped me and he was able to get me an accurate quote right away from the goldsmith and was honest about the repairs costing more than the jewelry was worth. I appreciate this honesty as it could have meant losing business for them. The rings have sentimental value though so I had the repairs done and they look amazing. My compliments and thanks to the goldsmith.
(January 23, 2019, 2:57 am)Heinrichs is the best jewelry store in the city hands down. I have the best sales lady Janelle who has been so good ordering my new watch and following up on larger watch bands etc.
I will be looking for a new wedding band. Janelle always comes through with the best options and recommendations for me to make the best choices possible. If I could I would have given her 10 stars.
