Virgin Mobile

First of all, I absolutely despise Virgin based on my past dealings with them. The only reasons I stayed on Virgin are:
1. I couldn't get more data elsewhere.
2. The one time I visited this location - to ask about my upgrade options - was a very glaring exception to my dealings with the company itself.
The staff were honestly going out of their way to help me get the right phone while still remaining on the reasonable high-data plan I'm on.
They didn't have the phone, so one of them walked across the mall to get it from the Bell store (they're on the same network, so they can tradesies or whatever).
Sidenote: they may be spying on us, but these new Huawei phones are tight.
I will not recommend Virgin as a provider, but I will very strongly recommend this location if you do choose to go with them.

Virgin Mobile customer care is good but some time representatives are rude and offer no help at all.

I have been dealing at this location for nearly 4 years now. Great staff and great phone plans. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

Great staff, but can get busy with long wait times.
