IF you get others mail...call Canada Post directly. I used to have this problem in a smaller community and would get bills returned/redelivered late, because people grab mail and leave. IF you complain to head office the problem will be dealt with

the staff is great, it's not their fault the other pickup location closed. Canada post isn't to blame, the grocery store closed down.
