Called the shop at 2:54pm on a Friday with a small leak - they had a technician at my house by 3:08pm that day. Kaelan had the leak fixed in no time. Then we discussed my boiler maintenance (or lack their of). Seeing it was the first time - I opted for a more deluxe maintenance package and I'm glad I did! They replaced numerous parts and my boiler had massive amounts of build-up.... I will now get boiler maintenance way more often and I'm defiantly calling AquaTemp. Tim Wall and his staff are likely the best heating and cooling specialists in Saskatchewan. Unlike almost every other provider in Saskatchewan Tim was not afraid to install a heat pump and gas furnace combination, as well as a heat pump water heater. He provided excellent recommendations regarding hot water recirculation and other approaches on maximizing central heating and water heating. Tim is one of the most knowledgeable people in Saskatchewan on new technologies. And, he enjoys the state of the field and remaining on the leading edge.
