Sunridge RV ????

I melted the solenoid that operates my hydraulic jacks and my slides. After calling a couple dealerships, Sunridge had one for me, but I was passing through on a Sunday.
Can you believe that the service tech met with me on Sunday morning and installed the new solenoid and only charged for the part?! I was ecstatic. I have heard so many good things about this RV place in Radisson. They sure have a good reputation of being helpful. Thank you so much Kevin, and Brian from service for going the extra mile.

Stopped on our way back from holidays. Very friendly and informative staff member. Down to earth. Patient with my many questions and knowledgable and we will make the trip when the time is right to make a purchase. Highly recommend the place.

We were very happy with our experience at Sunridge RV. We were looking at a trailer at another dealership and while they were certainly willing to negotiate with us, they really didn't have much to choose from. We wanted to downsize. So I called Sunridge to see what they had in inventory and they had a number of options including some that were comparable to the size and make of the trailer we had been considering.
What was particularly great was that the staff take a very personable, human and straightforward approach to the business of selling RVs.

There were no high powered pressure tactics, no "trips", none of the aggressive sales tactics that can make trying to shop for a big ticket item so stressful and unpleasant. Instead, we were asked questions intended to help assess our needs, budget and preferences and then were able to narrow it down to what was worth looking at. When it came time to deal, it was up front and straightforward with Dale and Julian doing their best to help us get the deal we wanted and yet still being good business people. A good and fair minded time was had by all!

Sunridge has a very large inventory which really helps; no one wants to purchase something and then feel that they perhaps were railroaded by lack of options. By the time we made our decision , we felt good knowing we'd been able to look at a lot of options and had chosen one we really liked, and fit our needs. In fact we got a lot more trailer for pretty much the same price we would have paid at the other dealership for something that we were okay with but wasn't quite what we really wanted. Thanks Dale and Julian, Patti and the shop guys, it was great to meet you. Oh, and thanks for lunch too, it was great being able to consider our options over a meal.

For nearly a decade Darren in the service department has exceeded expectations with every one of our visits to Sunridge. He consistently goes above and beyond whenever addressing service related issues with our RV. Darren is approachable, friendly and efficient, always following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I met Matt today. He and Darren made my latest visit to the Sunridge service department quick, painless and worry free. Thank you both, your dedication to your trade is very much appreciated.

We are extremely happy with how the purchase of our new toyhauler went. Julian was easy to deal with, had all of our paperwork organized and ready to go on delivery day. Matt in service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when doing our trailer inspection. They both answered all of our questions and everything went seamlessly. We are from out of province so it was great to have the exceptional experience we did.
