(March 6, 2020, 2:49 pm)Chose to call Vortex after waking up at 6am to over a foot of water in the basement, within 5 minutes of calling I had someone hear taking care of it, by the end of the day my basement was clean, and empty! They took are of all my issues, no complains from me!

The technician Martin was very thorough friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him many questions and he was happy to answer all of them!
