  One item that I purchased yesterday was a tube of caulking, after opening it I discovered that the caulk was very dry which made it difficult to spread smoothly. After some time it became slightly better, I believe it must be very old stock and has been in on the shelf for a long time. However I've opened the tube and used a small amount so even though the the labeling states a '25 year' guarantee I doubt that I can get a replacement!!!

  Great customer service. I went in looking for replacement for a VERY OLD recessed heater. One of the staff worked with me for an hour scouring through their product database to find the right item. She even consulted with one of their electrical people to make sure we got it right.
  She said she learned a lot, and so did I. All the other stores I went to just looked at the old heater and said, "Nah, we don't carry anything like that."

  very good service. small .but has good variety. fr gorilla glue to toilets and bbq covers saws nuts and bolts etc.

  Found a picture i absolutely loved there!!! A woman (sorry i don't know your name) in the paint department helped me pick out several different colors for my walls to go with the picture. Also found some little accesories to go with the picture. All the staff were so friendly, the store is sooo clean and organized.
