  I was blown away by the customer service this evening. Donna at the counter and another friendly staff member helped me find the books I needed online, place my order and make a quick and easy exchange. Thank you both for your help!

  A little difficult to find someone when I needed help locating a book. Their computers aren't HARD to use, but I had no idea I needed to print a paper to get the details on it so I was lost for a while. Maybe modifying their systems or writing up a brief walkthrough for finding books by yourself would be appreciated. Otherwise very friendly people when I did find someone and the pace is very clean and organized and books are well stocked. Not a fan of Starbucks, myself, but it's always nice to edit down with a hot/ cold drink and a book, so it's a pretty great place overall. Just needs staff that are more visible or available.

  Always happy, friendly, helpful staff. Place has a good vibe. There's always a good selection and I've had no problems with online shopping and shipping it in-store to pick up either. Good job!

  Regina's best book store! Good hours. In-house Starbucks is great option as well. Bit on the pricey side but still well worth a regular visit!

  Nothing beats a book store that offers a huge selection to their customers. I'm also a Starbucks fan, so having the coffee shop right beside the store is also a nice bonus for me.
  
  Price's on books are average, so no real complaint there. Plum Rewards are also nice if you purchase books often.
  
  I do notice there's been quite the expansion on decor products and clothing within the store over the last couple years, and sometimes think the prices on these items are quite high.
