(November 2, 2018, 6:15 pm)Not quiet. Highway traffic noise. Good for walking a dog tho or for kid's to run and play hide and seek behind the bushes. Not busy at all because there is no play structure...and because of that some people let their dogs off leash. Beware! Lots of nice trees tho. Looks pretty outside my sisterinlaws front window.
