Excellent service as always.Whether it is a small repair or a larger purchase I find the friendliness and service I receive whenever I go in to be excellent. They have by far the best selection of wrist watches in the city and the pricing is very fair. Highly recommended.

Joshua at Victoria Jewellers provided excellent service to design a very special and beautiful custom ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. He spent several hours going through various design options, and providing examples from their vast inventory selection to ensure that I was getting the look and quality I wanted. I live on Vancouver Island and Joshua kept in touch throughout the manufacturing process, providing me with regular email updates and photographs along the way. Once it was ready, my ring was couriered out to me. I love my ring! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Wow! I don't even know where to begin with Victoria Jewellers. My experience started with them over a year and a half ago when my then boyfriend and I stopped in to browse engagement rings. Josh was incredibly helpful and was so patient as we tried on what felt like 1000 rings (largely possible due to their amazing collection!) before we settled on some design ideas that my husband and I loved. He has a true passion for what he does and it definitely shows.

My husband worked with Josh to put together a beautiful tasteful ring that I absolutely love! Throughout my engagement I never felt discouraged about bringing my ring back to be cleaned, polished, or just checked out. All of the staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating.

When it came time to pick out a wedding band, once again Josh helped us try on about 100 different options. We never settled on one that I loved so he was so helpful in designing a custom band to really compliment and enhance my engagement ring. Josh was so helpful communicating during the entire process and helped create a beautiful wedding band.

I am so happy that we have purchased these two important pieces of jewellery from Victoria Jewellers as they are so professional and easy to work with.
