(July 4, 2018, 11:03 pm)Travis came to fix the issues I had with my brand new appliances. He replaced the broken dryer door. Explained how front load systems work from load balancing, to soap required and why. He levelled everything properly. We elected to unstack the system based on install location being on wood floor instead of cement. He explained excess vibration was due to the wood floor and the system not sitting on a cement floor. He was personable, quick response, great guy. This guy is GREAT! Couldn’t be happier with Fresh Appliance! Thanks Travis. You turned the entire situation around. Highly recommend Fresh Appliance!

(January 6, 2018, 5:14 pm)Exceptional service. We had a recall on our dishwasher and needed a control pad for microwave that needed replaced. When I messaged they replied quickly, ordered the part immediately arrived 10 min before they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I will re commend them to everyone.
