Madison Park Apartment Homes

I am living at Madison Park from quite long time. I found this place is really quite, spacious, pet friendly and affordable in cost. Maintenance staffs are really efficient and helpful. I enjoy my 2BD rental house of a lot.

My experience at Madison park is really good. Even though property is quite old still they maintained nicely and staff always provide good service. Apartments are really spacious with nice landscape. Neighborhood is awesome specially for kids. I will always recommend Madison Park as good rental option in Regina East.

I'm changing my review as I just spoke with the property manager. I've had 6 issues with this place but since this new lady came in she seems to have gotten a ball rolling into getting this whole property fixed up. New boiling system in June. New windows and balcony doors next summer. Siding done this year. My stove should be getting fixed or replaced within 1 to 2 weeks. Past property managers didnt seem to care enough to do anything but I can feel that she does and she goes out of her way to show you that. Giving you guys 3 stars instead of 1 because a ball is rolling lol.
